Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises and Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) workshop, designed to help you release tension and restore balance to your body and mind.

Developed by Dr. David Bercelli, TRE consists of seven simple and accessible exercises that activate your body’s natural shaking reflex—a powerful self help tool for relieving tension. By tapping into this reflex, your body can return to a rest & digest mode, after periods of stress, breaking the cycle of fight, flight, or freeze. It’s an innovative way to build resilience and achieve optimal health.

In the second half of the session, you will experience the deeply relaxing effects of a sound bath. As you lie back, soothing vibrations from handpan drum, chimes, rainsticks , tuning forks and more will help you integrate the shifts from your TRE practice. The combination of TRE and sound therapy allows you to release old patterns and reset your nervous system in a safe, supportive environment.

Contraindications : This session is not suitable for those that : are on the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pace-maker or other implants ( i.e. stents and shunts), live with serious heart conditions/ acute or serious mental health problems or have sound induced epilepsy.
