Enjoy a fun and informal day on board The ARC with free taster sessions!

Enjoy a fun and informal day on board The ARC, a recently renovated 180ft Dutch barge that is now home to our new floating wellbeing hub.

Explore the boat, meet our therapists, and enjoy free wellbeing group taster sessions in yoga, writing, art and mindfulness activities for kids!

No need to book simply drop in!

Light refreshments available throughout the day.

*Please note, The ARC is a stationary vessel, permanently moored on the Penryn river.*

Details

From the free car park, go through the double blue gates and follow the pathway leading you to the gangway to board The ARC (depending on the tides the gangway may be on a varied incline, there is a handrail either side).
