The Golden Dregs live in Church KCM

The Golden Dregs evolves from Ben Woods’ solo project into a six-piece ensemble deeply rooted in London’s grassroots scene. Their fourth album ‘Godspeed’ captures urban life through sonic vignettes, featuring Woods’ distinctive baritone alongside full band contributions and ambient city recordings.

Released via Woods’ new label Joy of Life International (collaboration with End of the Road Records), the album builds on their previous work’s success while pushing into more immediate territory. Following support slots with Future Islands and Ezra Furman, they continue to expand their reach beyond their Cornish origins.

Expect an evening where narrative songwriting meets euphoric wall-of-sound arrangements. With the band’s recent surprise intimate gigs selling out, The Golden Dregs demonstrate why they’re becoming one of London’s most compelling live acts.
