Creative workshop exploring stories in objects!

Join artist Sue Hill for a creative day at Kresen Kernow, exploring the stories embedded in objects, images and documents.

Attendees are invited to bring an object of their choice along with them (no bigger than 12″ tall or wide). This could be an object that speaks of your connection to Cornwall, or a ‘hero’ object that holds a particular story or memory for you.

In the course of the workshop participants will hear stories and create a temporary exhibition together, using the objects brought along. There will also be a chance to see the new Mes a’n Kemmyn/Out of the Ordinary exhibition.

The workshop costs £10, which is payable on booking. To book please call 01209 614430 during opening hours (Tues-Thurs, 9.30am-4pm). The workshop will be delivered in a covid secure manner, following current social distancing guidelines.

Please note, refreshments will not be provided. The new Ginkgo café at Kresen Kernow will be open on the day (serving drinks, cakes, snacks and lunch items) or you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.
