A bold, fast-paced new comedy set in a freshly independent country with a big idea and absolutely no plan for what comes next. A nation decides to solve the problem of mass tourism once and for all…by nationalising it. What starts as an idealistic attempt to protect culture, community, and coastline quickly snowballs into a spectacular experiment, complete with absurd rules, escalating chaos, and consequences nobody saw coming.

The No. 1 Holiday Destination promises a smart, silly, and uncomfortably familiar night at the theatre.
