About this event

Uncover the forgotten story of Richard ‘Doctor Dick’ Pascoe, a quack doctor who inspired both love and hatred across Victorian Cornwall. Settle in for a gripping narrative of grubby secrets and unruly mobs that'll guide you into some of the darker corners of Cornwall's past. At the end you'll be asked the question: 'Was this man an angel or a devil?' There are reasons to believe both and neither.
