A contemporary exhibition of bold new paintings by Celine Gilart and Helena Clinch.

This July, Tide & Table brings together artists Celine Gilart and Helena Climch in a vibrant contemporary exhibition at the historic Crypt in St Ives.

Running from 18th to 24th July 2026, the exhibition explores the meeting point between the sea and everyday life through a striking collection of bold contemporary paintings. Inspired by the rhythms, textures and atmosphere of coastal living, the works move between seascape and still life, capturing the quiet poetry found where land, water and daily ritual intersect.

Set within the atmospheric surroundings of The Crypt, Tide & Table presents a fresh dialogue between two distinct artistic voices, united by a shared fascination with colour, form and the connection between place and lived experience.

Visitors are warmly invited to the Private View on Saturday 18th July from 5pm onwards, offering an opportunity to meet the artists and experience the exhibition’s opening collection.
