Castaway with us and our multi-talented cast for a festive treat, packed to the gunnels with family fun and enough silly jokes to make the sternest pirate giggle!
Like all the best stories, our tale begins in Cornwall at The Benbow Inn, where Jim Lad, his Mum and their pet Chough have fallen on hard times. All looks lost until a tattered treasure map lands in Jim’s lap and their destiny is decided.
A show-stopping production, Treasure Island is full of songs, dances, fun for audiences as well as magical special effects. There’s a song from every decade going back to the ’50s, so there’s something for Grandmas and some Dua Lipa for the boys and girls.
Star of the show Edward Rowe says “I think we’re in for a special Christmas. It’s very funny – everyone’s got funny bones in this. We’ve even got two characters who speak Cornish and all the classic Cornish bits and bobs in there.”
Join Long John Silver, Jim Lad, his flamboyantly-dressed Mum and our motley crew of ne’er do wells and wrong-uns as we set sail for a silly island full of treasure, treachery and adventure this Christmas in Cornwall.
