Enjoy botanical steam infusions and calm winter warmth at Trebah beach

Special longer sauna sessions, botanical steam infusions, and calm winter warmth set within the beautiful surroundings of Trebah Garden.

Sauna Del Soul at Trebah Garden is a guided, wood-fired sauna experience led by Matt, Sauna Master and founder of Sauna Del Soul.

Each session is carefully held and unhurried, combining traditional sauna heat with botanical steam infusions, breath, and moments of stillness.

Drawing inspiration from Nordic sauna ritual and Trebah’s unique garden and coastal surroundings, the experience is designed to be grounding, restorative, and deeply relaxing.

Matt will guide each session, introducing heat gradually and working with seasonal botanicals to shape the steam and atmosphere. This is an adults-focused wellness experience, created to slow the pace, encourage presence, and offer a meaningful moment of warmth during the winter months.
