About this event
Taking place on Sunday 21st May from 10.30am – 4pm, this is a fantastic day out for all the family with cream teas, garden tours, and a fun-filled trail for little ones.
Visit Trevince to enjoy a wonderful day out and support the work of Cornwall Heritage Trust, the independent charity whose mission is to protect Cornwall’s unique landscapes, traditions and communities.
Designed and planted more than 200 years ago, Trevince has lots to explore, including the 18th-century walled garden, wilderness walk, pond garden and shrubbery. This exceptional garden features an abundance of spring flowering favourites, including camellias and rhododendrons, as well as Meyer lemons, which have been growing there since the 1850s.
Free garden tours by Richard Stone, the owner, and Liam Shoesmith, the estate gardener, will be available at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. These can be signed up to on the day, and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Ticket prices are £6 if pre-booked online and £7.50 on the door. Under 12s go free and do not require booking.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
Last entry will be one hour before closing time.
Cornwall Heritage Trust Open Gardens 2023 is generously sponsored by Coodes Solicitors.
