About this event
The opening concert of the Chapel Street Music Festival will be given by members of the Chapel Street Ensemble, with guest Stella Pendrous (piano).
At a very affordable price of £5, the programme offers something for everyone. The jazzy blues of Gershwin’s Preludes, will sit next to Tangos by Piazzolla, romantic piano music by Chopin, Brahms’ earthy Hungarian Dances, chamber music by Mozart and Brahms and solos by Poulenc, Saint Saens and Rachmaninov.
The programme caters for all tastes, played by some of the finest young musicians in West Cornwall.
