Carn to Cove, Cornwall’s dedicated performing arts scheme, has earned itself a worthy reputation of curating some of the most favoured, well-known and eclectic performances across Cornwall’s most unique venues, including chapels, village halls and sports halls.
Supported by teams of volunteers across the region, Carn to Cove also gives local residents the opportunity to choose which acts they would love to see most in their local venues. Working with the support of Arts Council England as well as Cornwall Council and NRTF, Carn to Cove strives tirelessly to ensure there’s always something exciting coming up in the culture calendar, in rural locations all over Cornwall.
With previous acts including Budapest Cafe Orchestra, Salt Road and Jim Causley, Carn to Cove brings the best of music, dance and drama to Cornwall with the help of its invaluable community volunteers.
Carn to Cove also works alongside C Fylm, Cornwall’s dedicated film club network which supports community venues in screening much-loved films for their local audience, at affordable ticket prices. Film fans can join as members and enjoy access to a variety of hand-picked films, sometimes screened in some of the most unlikely places! Iconic, timeless films such as ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ have previously been screened at a local village hall, as well as family-favourite ‘Elf’ and romantic comedy ‘The Holiday’.
