While we’re not able to meet in person, it’s so important to us to stay connected virtually. We have a range of classes available whether you have equipment or not!

Our online membership Just Desserts, aims to give you just that: with the help of our targeted classes you’ll be achieving your fitness, flexibility and pole goals in no time! Just Desserts is £35pcm and includes the following:

• Two prehab classes a week, these are targeted conditioning classes to strengthen and protect key joints in your body that take the most strain in your workouts and pole training
• Conditioning, a 30 min conditioning class a week to really feel the burn!
• Flexibility, a 60 min flexibility class to help you safely build functional range of motion as well as working towards closing that gap between active and passive flexibility for those bendy goals like the splits!

Membership includes access to our private Facebook group where all sessions are uploaded so you can do them at any time and as often as you like!
