A clown show, an absurdist black comedy and an existential classic, Waiting for Godot has been famously described as ‘a play in which nothing happens, twice’

In fact, a lot happens. Two tramps beneath a solitary tree discourse at random, sing, play games, bicker, make-up, sleep, eat a carrot and contemplate suicide all while waiting for the mysterious Mr Godot. Who never arrives.

Theatre Nation will bring their customary blend of wit theatricality and expressive physicality to Samuel Beckett’s groundbreaking modern masterpiece.
