Do you struggle to slow down and take time for yourself?
Join us for our very first Mystic Willow Events, Wellbeing Circle, a warm and supportive space to explore mindfulness, guided meditation, relaxation, and connection with like-minded people.
This circle is perfect for all abilities, especially beginners and those who would like to deepen their practice in a gentle, supportive setting.
A safe space to breathe, relax, and simply be.
