About this event
To stay creative, it’s important to stay well in both mind and body. As well as helping you to feel better, the tools we will be teaching during our series of five workshops aim to improve the quality and longevity of your creative output.
Our useful resources and techniques will help you access creative flow, find your creative voice and develop resilience in an ever-changing and at times stressful environment.
Workshops will be happening on:
Wednesday 30th September – Beyond Judgement
10.30am – 1pm
Can we stay curious with our uncertainty? Can we allow both that which is judged and that which judges? Led by Benjamin Symes this workshop blends guided private reflection with facilitated group expression.
Thursday 8th October – Finding Balance
2pm – 4pm
Join Mindfulness Trainer Katrina Hession to learn practical, effective tools to help manage stress, calm anxious thoughts and enable you to feel more balanced – whilst debunking any unhelpful mindfulness myths!
Saturday 10th October – Cultivating Calm
10am – 2.30pm
Join esteemed Meditation Teacher Joey Hulin to explore how meditation and journaling practices can become everyday tools for maintaining a balanced sense of wellbeing and igniting creativity.
