About this event
A gentle, mindful session using movement and breath to release tension and restore the body’s natural healing flow. We’ll explore how to access and develop your Qi which is the vital energy at the heart of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and you’ll learn and practice a series of techniques based on the classical sequence of The Eight Brocades.
Judith weaves decades of yoga practice with deep therapeutic training to support bodies, minds, and nervous systems under stress. A specialist in stress, trauma, and complex communication, she brings a grounded, compassionate lens to everything she teaches, so you feel seen, safe, and supported. Her yoga journey started with Iyengar, focusing on alignment and progression. She expanded her practice through training at the Devon School of Yoga and the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, and now teaches in a way that’s responsive, spacious, and adaptable to real life. Alongside yoga, Judith offers meditation and breathwork, drawing on clinical insight to help regulate and build resilience from the inside out. She is also a practitioner of Tai Chi and Energy Medicine.
The RISE workshops are brought to you as a result of the synthesis of the many approaches that she has studied over the years, refined by self-practice and work with all her students and clients.
