About this event
A workshop exploring ‘Mindfulness’ through guided mindful practices and reflections. Practices can be done sitting, standing or lying down. These monthly sessions are led by Sarah-Linda Johnson an experienced mindfulness teacher.
What to bring: a yoga mat (if you have one), some water to drink, warm comfortable clothes, and a sense of curiosity. Sessions may include mindful walking which some people prefer to do in socks rather than shoes.
