About this event
Singing! Dancing! Languages! Stories! Dialects! Sport! Customs! Rituals! All these (and many more) are our intangible culture. The 2022 Gorsedh Kernow Conference brings together speakers with a focus on intangible cultural heritage to evaluate and map it in Cornwall, to call for its protection and celebration, to join with others to persuade the UK Government to ratify the UN Convention on Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Conference 2022 jointly hosted by Gorsedh Kernow in association with the Federation of Old Cornwall Societies & Cornwall Heritage Trust
17th June 2022, 10am – 4pm, Gwariji Kernow (Hall for Cornwall), Truro.
