About this event
The gulls are back this summer! The world as we know it is on the brink of destruction and the seagulls, realising life would be pretty dull without pasties, chips and ice cream, decide to intervene.
When Seagulls Saved the World is an outdoor puppetry show from Falmouth-based Brave Biscuit Studios, for everyone aged 4 and up. Featuring original songs and music. Join the seagulls as they hatch a plan, some would say genius, some ludicrous, to tackle plastic pollution and save the world.
They’ll be on their best behaviour, they promise…
Plus, join us for an optional drop-in puppet-making workshop before the show, included in your ticket. Make your own seagull puppet out of a loo roll tube and some string, and bring it along to meet our gulls at the show!
Accessibility
Details
The Princess Pavilion has four, designated accessible parking spaces available for visitors. The main doors and garden entrance are both reachable via ramped access and all our doors allow for automated entry. Please note: the performance will be taking place on the lawn area. The building has flat floors throughout with no stepped access into any of our spaces and double door entry to allow for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams. Cafe chairs can easily be moved to allow for wheelchair access at the table. The garden is accessible from all exits in the Garden Room. For more detailed information about garden accessibility, please scroll down. We have a full sensory toilet on site which can accommodate a wheelchair. It is also adapted for neuro-diverse visitors and has baby-changing facilities. We currently offer 1 free carer's ticket with every full-price ticket purchased. The full-price ticket should be bought in advance via the booking link, and then carer's tickets can be requested using a form, downloadable from www.falmouthtowncouncil.co.uk/princesspavilion/accessibility .
