About this event

Join us for a two-day cycling adventure on some of the finest trails the South West has to offer.

2 day riding using sections of West Kernow Way offroad cycling route in West Cornwall starting & finishing in Penzance.

Over the weekend of 3 and 4 October 2026 we will be running a very special charity cycling event – Wild West Weekender – in aid of Mind Cornwall.

Penzance Wheelers will be hosting this special event and will be kindly supported by Katy Roberts (Saddle to Sea) and Mind Corrnwall for a special two-day charity cycling event exploring sections of the West Kernow Way off-road cycling route through the beautiful landscapes of West Cornwall.
Starting and finishing in Penzance, this unforgettable weekend will raise vital funds to support better mental health in Cornwall.

Starting in Penzance, riders will take on a challenging off road route using sections of Cycling UK’s West Kernow Way off road route. Using local knowledge we have devised a gravel bike route taking in the natural beauty of West Cornwall.
