Will Prior and Alfred Fardell

Will Prior, countertenor & Alfred Fardell piano give the Inaugural George Parker Song Recital.

Will Prior was winner of the Inaugural Dame Janet Baker Award and made his Wigmore Hall debut in 2025. In this programme he explore a rich repertoire of music inspired by the poetry of Shakespeare and Heine with songs by Thomas Campion ranging 17th century to Rebeccas Clark today. He is joined by Munster scholar Alfred Fardell.

*There will also be a free, pre-concert talk at 6pm by the singer on the challenges and opportunities offered by the voice that is the countertenor*
