Wine & Food Tasting Evening with Knightor Winery

Join us for a night of unforgettable food and exceptional English Wine by Knightor Winery.
Sample five wines throughout the evening produced by our local vineyard, Knightor, all paired with a delicious five-course tasting menu, specially curated by our head chef. Discover more about Knightor and the world of English Wine during a guided tasting, led by their expert team.
Menu
Scottish smoked salmon crostini, caviar and dill velouté, paired with Knightor’s Classic Cuvée White.
Italian figs, buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham and gooseberry dressing, paired with Knightor’s Bacchus 2022.
Turbot with seared scallops on a bed of samphire, fennel and cream tarragon sauce, paired with Knightor’s Chardonnay 2021.
Grass-fed beef fillet, dauphinoise potato, mushroom pâté crouton and red wine jus, paired with Knightor’s Merlot Cabernet-Sauvignon 2020.
Fruits of the forest vanilla panna cotta and shortbread biscuit, paired with Knightor’s Rosso Vermouth.
Tickets include five courses with a wine pairing for £65 per person.
