Cornwall Wood Carvers join us to demonstrate the skills of wood carving.

Cornwall Wood Carvers join us to demonstrate the skills of wood carving and share their knowledge of this ancient art form. There will be an opportunity to ‘have a go’ at whittling or carving for adults.

This is a free drop-in session, so come in anytime between 10am and 1pm.

This demonstration is part of Helston Makes It! a week-long annual celebration of makers and craft.

We have a side entrance that is sloped access and the museum is fully wheelchair accessible with a lift to the upper levels. There is a council parking bay outside allowing 30min free parking or longer if people have a blue badge.
