An Exhibition of Contemporary Craft to celebrate 70 Years of the National Trust at Trelissick

The Cornwall Crafts Association (CCA) proudly presents “Woodland Wonderland,” an enchanting exhibition celebrating 70 years of the National Trust at Trelissick Estate. Trelissick Gallery invites visitors on an immersive journey into nature’s creativity through the work of over 90 contemporary craft makers.

Trelissick Gardens, renowned for its extraordinary collection of exotic trees and majestic woodlands, is the perfect setting for this exhibition, which explores the synergy between art and nature. Featuring a selection of ceramics, printmaking, textiles, jewellery, wood, glass, and sculpture, each piece is a testament to beauty and heritage.

Visitors will have the opportunity to engage directly with artists and acquire unique, handcrafted works. This creative experience invites guests to rediscover the landscapes of Trelissick Gardens through the perspective of Cornwall’s most skilled craftspeople.

Trelissick Gallery is the permanent exhibition space and HQ for the Cornwall Crafts Association, founded in 1973 which has a charity status. It enjoys a prime location beside the historic National Trust Trelissick Gardens, one of Cornwall’s top tourist destinations. Hence the gallery benefits from a
steady stream of visitors year-round.

For 52 years, the Cornwall Crafts Association has championed the craftmakers of Cornwall, fostering the highest standards of contemporary design led craftsmanship.
