Our writers’ retreat is led by published author and Amazon Top 100 bestseller in the UK, Australia and Canada, Anna Mansell. With six novels under her belt, and a seventh in the works, she is always busy writing. In 2021 she was selected by the BBC as one of their Cornish Voices, a twelve-month-long talent development programme. She has recently completed a commission to write a site-specific adaptation of The Tempest which was performed to sell out audiences at Trebah Gardens.
What to Expect: Your break will consist of creative exercises, guided writing sessions and private 1:1 time to discuss your writing aims and objectives. Suitable for those who have an interest in developing their writing, or those who are just starting out, this retreat is intended to be joyful, inspiring, and a kick-start to that writing project you’ve always wanted to tackle.
Taking place from 4th – 7th February 2024, our 3-night break includes a 4-course dinner each night, bed and breakfast plus tea and coffee breaks during the sessions.
