A creative writing workshop that develops skills to live a happy and healthy life

Intention and Attention with Lucy Beckley

Using a variety of creative prompts and activities that engage all of the senses, this workshop hosted by Lucy Beckley will provide a gentle and encouraging space to explore how we can engage with the present and bring more intention and attention to our everyday lives.

This workshop is FREE to attend but please book a ticket through eventbrite.
