About this event
As winter softens and spring begins to emerge, join Forever Cornwall for a long weekend of yoga, breathwork, nourishing food on the beautiful Helford.
Set in the serene surroundings of Kestle Barton, this three-night retreat offers the opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life. Surrounded by peaceful gardens, woodland paths and the calm waters of Frenchman’s Creek, it’s a setting that naturally invites rest, reflection and reconnection.
This retreat is open to all levels and welcomes individuals, couples and friends. Whether you’re new to yoga and breathwork or looking to experience familiar practices in a new way, sessions will be adaptable and accessible so you feel both supported and gently challenged. Above all, the intention is to enjoy the experience.
Across the weekend, you’ll experience a thoughtful blend of energising morning practices and restorative afternoon and evening sessions, including yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra and yoga nidra. There is also plenty of free time to rest, explore the surrounding landscape, or simply be. Everything is optional, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
Yoga sessions will be led by Keren Cooksey, whose teaching is grounded, inclusive and welcoming. Breathwork sessions will be guided by Keira Jose, offering supportive practices that encourage presence and relaxation.
The retreat is fully catered, with nourishing vegetarian meals prepared using colourful seasonal ingredients by Alice at Wild Goose Gourmets.
You’ll stay in one of Kestle Barton’s beautifully restored barns, cottages or farmhouse, with twin or double rooms available and options to share or book exclusive use (supplement applies).
