Yoga Classes for all abilities with experienced Yoga Instructor, Lucy-Ann Prideaux.

Yoga Classes are held weekly on Monday at 5.30pm (Easy Yoga Level 1), Wednesday at 6pm (Yoga Flow Level 2), Friday at 10am (Yoga Flow Level 1-2) and Saturday at 8am (Morning Flow Level 1-2).
