About this event
Suitable for beginners as well as those with a yoga practice, this one and a half hour class offers an opportunity to develop core strength through vinyasa flow yoga followed by deep stretches to release tension in big muscle groups like hamstrings and quads.
The class incorporates breathwork and pranayama to help nervous system regulation followed by meditation and relaxation. All techniques are guided and instructed in a way that allows you to learn them and devlop them for your own practice. If you are looking to move more, prevent injury from sports, learn how to calm your mind and connect with other like minded men then this class is for you.
The class is led by Indy, who trained as a Buddhist monk for seven and a half years in the Thai Forest Tradition, before moving to Falmouth to train as a yoga teacher through Falmouth Yoga Space (now Kula).
