Wake up with energizing vinyasa flow each morning and find deep release with restorative Yin and Yoga Nidra sequences come evening. Soak up the pure air, go on mindful walks through oak woodlands, and take refreshing dips in natural pools. Try your hand at mastering the waves at the famous Polzeath Beach and take a night time walk to meet a resident family of beavers. Nourish with tasty, plant-based creations and find time to relax and connect to the stillness of the outdoors. Come nightfall, toast marshmallows around a roaring fire and stargaze in a spectacular night sky reserve.
