About this event
Enjoy a herbal tea on arrival followed by an hour and 15-minute session surrounded by nature, beautiful views down the garden to the Helford River and on warmer days we will practice outside in the sun.
Ro Doleman is an experienced teacher who has a practical approach, entwining the breath, body and mind. During the class expect to explore both the physical and esoteric aspects of the practice. There will be flowing movements, moments of stillness, breathing and always a long relaxation to finish the session. Ro is clear at communicating and the class will leave you feeling more harmonious, healthy and happy! Why not head to Trebah Kitchen for some breakfast afterwards?
This class is suitable for all experience levels, lots of different options will be offered throughout. Some mats are available but if you have your own, please bring it along with you.
