About this event
Yoga, Hatha and Yin styles, with breathing techniques and strengthening postures. Suitable for a range of previous experiences. Great to get a wake up and get the weekend started. Learning how to relax, and restore energy, whilst stretching and developing flexibility.
Bring your own mat. I do have spares you can use.
Lots of support and adaptations to cater for medical or health needs.
Bring a positive mindset, to learn and grow.
YMCA The Orchard, is easy to get to in Penzance, has toilets and a cafe. The studio is a great space to relax.
Your instructor, me, is an experienced female yoga instructor. I can show you adaptations to postures so you can take part even with your ‘dodgy knees’ or ‘painful feet’, I know as I have them!
Come along and try a new thing, or if you are experienced, come and have some exercise to set you up for the weekend.
