Boost your mood and get moving with online dance classes through lockdown
We all know that getting moving is good for our minds and bodies. So as we head into Spring, shake off that Lockdown lethargy with our selection of at-home classes and workshops where you can dance like no one is watching... because in Lockdown, no one is watching.

1. Cscape Pilates
Established in 2010 by dancer Sally Knight, Cscape Pilates offer specialist tuition to private clients and in small group sessions to ensure you get the most out of your Pilates class by tailoring exercises to meet your needs and aims. Clients range in age from 18 – 85, and they recognise and celebrate the fact that every body is different and unique. They believe that Pilates is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach! Join them for Zoom classes throughout the week.
2. Freefall Front Room
Freefall Front Room is a place where you can dance, move, keep fit and stay connected. Whether you fancy a dance, a fitness class, or just a chat and a cuppa, there’s something for everyone. Pick and chose to create your own from their weekly timetable; we can’t wait to try their Daily Dose class to get our endorphins running for the day ahead!

4. Mind Body Dance
Join Lisa for some free mindful, sustainable and effective workouts based on dance, ballet and yoga techniques. There are four weekly classes (including Ballet, Commerical Dance, and Yoga) as well as over 60 dance, Bodyballet fitness and Yoga videos on their Work Out Like A Dancer YouTube Channel. Choose to join in with others during the class, or go solo using the videos.
5. Vixystrawberry Online
Vixystrawberry Pole School are keeping us connected virtually with a range of online classes, whether you have equipment at home or not. Their online Just Desserts membership serves you targeted classes to help you achieve your fitness, flexibility and pole goals, with no pole required. If you have got the kit at home, you can book a private Zoom class to keep you dancing through Lockdown!
6. Embrace Dance Fitness
Join the team for a range of classes promoting fun and fitness including Latin Rhythms (a fun filled Latin inspired online dance party), the fast paced Drum N Blitz and Kong (a fusion of boxing, cardio and dance). All classes are suitable for everyone, and the instructors will provide higher of lower level options.
7. Yoga Classes
Yoga is the perfect way to quieten the mind and stretch your body. Whether a slower paced Yin Yoga or energetic Ashtanga, all can be practiced in the comfort of your own home. So put on some comfies, push your sofa to the side, and give it a try!
