Lambeage Hall

Situated nearby to Coverack harbour, Lambeage Hall is an entirely volunteer-run venue which was generously donated to the village by a local resident in 1922.

The hall has undergone a series of conversion and renovation projects over the years and is now a key part of the village’s community, providing much-needed space for a wide range of events.

Home to regular classes and workshops, such as jiu-jitsu, zumba and cookery, the hall also welcomes some of the most sought-after folk musicians who use this community space to perform intimate and atmospheric concerts.

In addition to hosting local events, Lambeage Hall is also used as a space for screening films, from independent docudramas and biopics through to award-winning motion pictures starring some of Hollywood’s most celebrated acting talent. More recently, programming has also included an eclectic selection of live music, dance and dramatic performances, including ‘Cana: Spectacular’, a live cabaret show organised by Carn to Cove, Cornwall’s dedicated performing arts scheme for rural communities.

With seating for 90, a large main area with fantastic acoustics and on-site toilet facilities, Lambeage Hall also features an outdoor play area for children.

The hall is accessible by bus and car and, although there is no on-site parking available, the fishing village of Coverack is served by two visitor car parks which are located just a short walk away.
