How can I list an event?
Events can be submitted by following this link – if you would like your event to be included in an upcoming printed What’s On Guide, please make sure you check our submission deadline page first, and select the correct level of listing to make sure it’s included (basic or premium).
I’ve submitted an event but can’t see it on the website:
Event submissions are processed by the team manually. We aim to publish all submissions within 3 working days of their submission date, but this can take slightly longer at busier periods throughout the year. Please make sure you submit your listing with as much notice before the event start date as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email and link to your event listing from a member of the team once it is live. If it’s been longer than a week since you submitted your event and you haven’t heard from us, please get in touch.
I’m interested in advertising with you, what do you offer and what are your rates?

What are your opening times?

Do you accept guest publications/articles?
We’re afraid this isn’t a service we offer at present. If you are interested in becoming a Community Reporter who writes for us in return for tickets to events, do get in touch with the team.
