Music legends such as Status Quo, The Waterboys and The Stranglers have also appeared at this festival which is staged on the beach next to the pub.
This lively venue also runs a ‘Bands in the Sands’ programme which has featured music legends from across the globe, such as Seal, Billy Ocean and rock royalty favourites, The Darkness.
The venue itself features a large bar, multiple plasma screens, a carvery area and seating throughout. Visitors can also enjoy sitting outside in warmer weather, watching the waves as they tumble onto the golden sand and supping a glass of locally sourced ale, all from one of the most spectacular sunset-spotting vantage points around.
