About this event

An informative presentation of my time in Southeast Asia. I have spent 4 months researching traditional textiles.

Working at studios and with hill tribes with a big focus on hemp textiles. I am so excited to share with you my research and textile collection.

I will also be talking about Contemporay Hempery (reviving hemp for textiles here in the UK) and my own textile garden.

After the talk we will finish with a backstrap weaving and flax processing demonstration alongside answering any questions you have.

Tea coffee and cakes will be provided.
