Fun Palace at Bodmin

FREE, Fantastic & Fun Activities happening all over Bodmin!

Venues across Bodmin have joined together to create a town-wide Fun Palace extravaganza for 2018, with locations across Bodmin playing host to the many skills and talents of people in the local community.

Fun Palaces are a mixture of arts, science, craft, tech, digital, heritage and sports activities run by and for local communities. They are free, hands-on, local and fun. Since 2014 a total of 934 Fun Palaces across the world have been made by 24,000 people with 340,000 taking part. This year will be the fifth Fun Palace weekend.

This year Bodmin is really putting FUN on the map! There are 6 locations offering FREE activities from reflexology to racing remote control tanks, bike tracks to nature walks, giant games and engineering activities to making music from a pile of old rubbish!

“This is the first ever Bodmin-wide Fun Palace and we have so much going on. Visit any of the locations and you’ll discover a mix of activities, from something you’ve always wanted to try to something a little different or completely new. Everyone is welcome and all of the activities are free and suitable for all ages”.
-Chloe Hughes, Fun Palaces Ambassador

Plus pick up your free activity trail from any of the locations and complete our painted pebble hunt to win a special prize!
