Go back in time to Christmas 1941 with Prideaux Angels this December
Dance Republic 2 are getting ready to sprinkle Christmas magic at Prideaux Place, Padstow with an extra special outdoor promenade performance through the gardens.
It’s Christmas 1941. The people of Prideaux Place are preparing for a party…
Blown in on icy winds, a robin heralds the arrival of a mysterious visitor. A visitor who touches the hearts of all those she meets, turning Prideaux into a magical, Christmassy place. Join in and make snowflakes and angels to decorate the party, but be on your best behaviour… the Lord and Lady are due any moment!
With live and recorded music, a giant snow globe, angels, robins and snowflakes, Prideaux Angels is a captivating, moving and magical promenade performance for all ages to enjoy this winter. It was created and directed by choreographer Simon Birch in collaboration with talented dancers, writers, composers and performers.
