About this event
In this relaxed and friendly workshop, we’ll follow structured writing prompts which identify our strengths, banish any limiting thoughts, and begin to form habits for positive self-reflection.
These workshops are about taking time for yourself and sharing with the group as and when you feel you’d like to. Bring along a notebook and pen if you like, although we will also provide paper and materials.
