About this event
My studio is surrounded by a beautiful bit of Cornwall, just outside of Chacewater. I make mostly functional wheelthrown pots which I fire in an electric kiln. Visitors will be able to see a selection of pots of two distinct ranges: a bird themed range in muted blues, greens and cream colours, and a sleeker collection of tableware glazed in a metallic black glaze. I will also have pots in various stages of production, and visitors will be able to see me at work.
There is a seating area just outside my studio, where those who choose to linger can sit, and on a nice day visitors may enjoy having a walk through our orchard planted with English juicing apples.
Accessibility
Details
There is limited parking on gravel just outside my studio. There is plenty of parking in the road, then walk approximately 200m down our shady drive, to my studio. There are no steps, but the terrain is uneven.
Directions
Turn into Station Road opposite the bakery in Chacewater. Continue down this road and find us clearly marked on the right, just as you leave the village. From Blackwater direction, we are on the left, just before entering Chacewater village.
