About this event
This is a chance to see finished work as well as the environment that it’s made in and gain an understanding about the processes and techniques used to make it.
My work is figurative and explores movement, clothing, fashion, humor and the human condition. I also make animal forms inspired by the environment that I live in. My working process includes drawing, sketching and printing in lino to developing ideas, making in clay and then firing using a smoke firing process with sawdust.
I am constantly evolving my firing process and currently developing some saggar fired pieces.
