Enjoy a Friday morning meditation session in our Court Garden
Andrew is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Falmouth, who is passionate about sharing the benefits of these practices with others. He also runs the online events programme for a renowned meditation retreat centre in the South West.

‘We will gather within the walls of the sheltered Court Garden and invite its peaceful beauty to support us, as we learn through meditation practices how to cultivate a pleasant steadiness of body, heart and mind, and nurture helpful ways of relating to our experience and to ourselves. In doing so, we sow seeds that can ripen into greater ease, happiness and appreciation in our lives.’

Short, optional mindful-movements sequences will also be offered.

All are welcome, including those who are totally new to meditation.

Yoga mats, benches and blankets will be available. If you have your own cushion or props already then please feel free to bring them along.

Cover from unseasonal weather is available but please dress to keep warm outside for the hour-long class.

The classes are freely offered, with donations to Andrew invited when you register (suggested donation of £5 – £10, or whatever is within your means).

If you wish to attend but are unable to offer financial support to the teacher, come along for free, but please still register, as spaces are limited to fifteen.
