Newsflash: birth is not a spectator sport! This is a team event and the key to getting it right is all in the preparation. But where do you even start?

· Build their mindset for birth
· Manage the sensations and pain of birth
· Navigate obstacles and challenges

This workshop is perfect for all parents-to-be in their second and third trimesters, whether you’re preparing for a home or hospital birth, vaginal or caesarean delivery. First, second and third time (and beyond) parents are all welcome!

This workshop will take place outside at The Ladder as part of The Summer Programme.
