About this event

Celebrate 450 years of Trerice with jousting, costumes, live performances and family fun!

From May 27 – May 29, Trerice is celebrating 450 years since the rebuilding of the property finished in 1573. Join us for some family fun and games across the whole weekend, including hobbyhorse jousting and Tudor games.

Look out for these special events during the weekend:
Saturday 27 May – Live traditional Cornish and Celtic folk group
Sunday 28 May – Performances from the Trerice choir
Monday 29 May – Get dressed up in Tudor outfits for costume day

The event is free but normal admission charges apply. Trerice is open 10:30am – 4:30pm daily.

Details

There are 8 designated parking spaces for visitors with disabilities. There are 3 wheelchairs for visitors to use on a first come first served basis. There is an access map available from Visitor Reception which shows step free routes around the site. This is also available from our website in advance. Braille room guides are available throughout the house and there is an induction loop in Reception and the gift shop. There are also ear defenders for children available from Reception.
