In “Celebration of Wellness” you will have the opportunity to get together in nature, sharing yoga, TRE, meditation and healthy food with other like-minded people.
Giorgia Torre (founder of InRoots Yoga & TRE) and Jessica North (Jess North Yoga) will guide you through this relaxing and nourishing day retreat.
Join us at Trevalon, in the lush countryside of South East Cornwall.

We will share with you:
– Mindfulness yoga class
– Aromatheraphy yoga class
– Walking meditation
– TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercise)
– Locally sourced plant-based lunch, snacks and drinks.

It is a time for resting, recharging, connecting with yourself and others in the group.
Just one day of mindfulness and embodiment in the countryside can have powerful rejuvenating effects.
