What to expect

Begin by tasting a selection of Porthilly’s spirits and discovering what makes them so special. You’ll then learn how to make a selection of classic cocktails, while uncovering the stories and history behind each one.

You’ll have your own cocktail-making station, fully equipped with all the tools you need — MasterChef-style! — giving you the chance to get hands-on and put your mixology skills to the test. And, of course, the best part… you get to enjoy the cocktails you make! 🍹

There’s even a little friendly competition, with a prize for the best mixologist!

To make sure the fun doesn’t stop when you leave, you’ll also receive your own recipe sheet to take home, packed with the cocktails from the session and a few tricks up your sleeve to impress at your next party. Come along, have some fun, learn some new skills and discover your inner mixologist! 🍸
