Take an adventure through an ancient tin mine.

Join Cornwall Underground Adventures for the ‘Underground Adventurer’, a this thrilling journey through an abandoned tin mine in west Cornwall. Get a unique, first-hand glimpse at the story of mining in Cornwall, up close and personal. Using caving techniques, we enter the top of the mine and completing a ‘through-trip’, emerge from a cliff adit 200 feet below where we began. To do this we need to abseil between the levels and cross bottomless chasms whilst safely attached to ropes. We are the only providers of mine exploration in the southwest of England, so don’t miss this opportunity to combine adventure with seeing and learning about the history of our wonderful mining heritage.
