Cotehele – Adult Yoga

Cotehele’s Orchard Yoga (for adults)

As part of our Summer of Play, we’re hosting free yoga and yogalates all summer long. These sessions are for adults of all ages and abilities.

Booking essential. Call 0344 249 1895. This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.
Thursdays, 10, 17, 24 and 31 August 2023, 10:30 to 11:30

Join us for free yoga and yogalates classes in the beautiful Mother Orchard at Cotehele.
Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced in teaching participants of all ages and abilities.
These sessions are for adults, and they’re suitable for everyone, whatever your fitness level or experience. Just bring a mat if you have one or borrow one from us.
For family sessions, please book a family yoga and yogalates session.

Please note, in the event of rain, Yoga will take place in the Education Room above the second-hand bookshop.

Our Yogazone is located near the bee sculpture in the Mother Orchard.
We have some spare yoga mats but please bring your own if you can. The sessions take place outdoors so please dress for all weathers.
The Yogazone is a ten-minute walk from visitor reception. The route is step-free, but the orchard is unpaved and uneven in places.
